1.崗位職責/Job responsibilities
1) 根據公司下達的指標,獨立執行并完成相關的銷售任務;達成負責區域內銷售回款目標;

2) 負責區域內市場行業信息、患者、客戶群體信息情報的搜集整理分析、調研與市場預測工作;

3) 策劃各類推廣活動、參加國內外展會,掌握市場動態,建立暢通的銷售渠道并積極開發,挖掘銷售渠道;

4) 對競爭品牌和行業先進公司產品的促銷手段、性能、價格、廣告策略等的收集、整理和分析,針對公司的銷售策略給予積極的建議;

5) 建立客戶檔案(終端和渠道),完成相關銷售報表(周報、月報等);

6) 與客戶建立良好關系,介紹宣傳公司產品,維護企業形象,控制成本,合理使用各項銷售費用;

7) 管理銷售團隊日常銷售業務工作,審閱訂貨、發貨等業務報表,指導、監督并有效控制銷售活動。

8) 建設并培育銷售人員,提高銷售人員的達標率,幫助選拔、補充、發展銷售團隊;

9) 完成上級領導臨時交辦的其他任務和本部門職權范圍內的其他事務。

2.任職要求/Job requirements:
1) 工作經驗:3年以上醫療器械相關經驗,醫療器械公司2年以上銷售經理工作經驗優先;
Work experience: more than 3 years of medical device related experience, more than 2 years of sales manager work experience in medical device company is preferred;
2) 技能要求/Skill requirements
a)熟悉醫療耗材、二類、三類等醫療微型設備銷售渠道;
Familiar with the sales channels of medical consumables, Class II, Class III and other medical micro devices;
b)熟悉醫療器械招投標流程,能夠組織編寫投標文件;
Familiar with the bidding process of medical devices, able to organize the preparation of bidding documents;
c)熟悉電商平臺運營推廣和銷售渠道開發和醫療器械行業市場競爭態勢;

薪酬構成:基本工資+業績提成=15-25K+業績提成(綜合工資5萬以上),一線城市基本工資可適當上調。

1.崗位職責/Job responsibilities
1) 根據銷售戰略,合理安排并實施銷售計劃,完成既定銷售目標;

2) 負責劃分區域內新客戶拓展和客戶維護,經銷或代理的開發、培訓、管理、協調;

1) 工作經驗:1年以上醫療器械相關經驗,有家用醫療器械地推銷售工作經驗優先;

a)戰略參與:根據公司整體戰略目標分解制訂電商營銷戰略,制訂營銷策略與營銷計劃,建立營銷管理體系;

2. 任職要求/Job requirements:
1) 教育背景:生物醫學、電子工程、市場營銷、中文等相關專業大專及以上學歷;
Education background: junior college degree or above in biomedical science, electronic engineering, marketing, Chinese or other related majors;
2) 工作經驗:10年以上電商工作經驗,其中3年以上醫療器械、醫藥連鎖、家用醫療器械等電商銷售管理經驗;
Work experience: more than 10 years of e-commerce work experience, of which more than 3 years of e-commerce sales management experience in medical devices, pharmaceutical chains, household medical devices, etc.;
3) 技能要求/Skill requirements
a)熟悉互聯網、電子商務領域,精通B2C平臺、O2O業態形式,了解各平臺的合作運營模式;
